Our group is 100% committed to organic and regenerative farming methods that promote water and soil conservation, bringing you the highest quality and most mindful cup.
The biodiversity within our coffee farms is not only crucial for providing coffee plants with the rich and healthy soil they need to thrive but also integral to the lives of the producer families. They benefit from various types of fruit trees, shade trees, and herb crops native to the area. Our coffee is planted and grown within the natural landscape with minimal impact on the area's natural state. This includes natural mulching and zero chemical pesticide usage. Protecting the land’s biodiversity has kept our harvests healthy and productive for generations.
During our milling process, we produce various byproducts that we also put to good use in our effort to maintain a fully sustainable operation. Coffee cherries contain a powerful concentration of nitrogen and polyphenols, among other nutrients, which we return to the soil on our farms. This natural fertilizer helps our coffee plant soil remain productive and benefits all other plants in the area. After our natural sun-drying process, there is one more byproduct we use to complete our circle of sustainability: the golden hulls from our sun-dried coffee are mixed into the planting of seeds to enrich the soil and create a highly nourishing environment for our seedlings to thrive in.
