Who We Are
Aviator Coffee Imports was founded on a single belief — that exceptional coffee and human dignity go hand in hand. We are an importer dedicated to connecting small, independent coffee-growing communities in the rural highlands of Guatemala directly with specialty coffee lovers and roasters across the United States. We do not just sell coffee. We tell the stories of the people who grow it, the land that sustains it, and the generations of tradition that make it extraordinary. Our name may be Aviator Coffee Imports, but our heart belongs to the communities of Guatemala.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple — to bridge the gap between the remarkable coffee farmers of Guatemala and the growing specialty coffee market in the United States. We work directly with farming families and cooperatives, cutting out unnecessary middlemen so that more of the value stays where it belongs — with the people who grow the coffee. Every partnership we build is rooted in transparency, fair compensation, and mutual respect.

Our Communities
We are proud to work alongside two extraordinary communities in the highlands of Guatemala:
Candelaria Community — Lake Atitlán, GuatemalaHome of Café Candelaria, grown in rich volcanic soil by farming families who have dedicated generations to perfecting their craft. Their coffee carries the spirit of Lake Atitlán in every cup.
Unión Victoria Community — San Miguel Pochuta, GuatemalaHome of Café Unión Victoria, grown by a resilient community whose journey across the mountains of Guatemala is a testament to strength, hope, and unity. Their coffee reflects everything they have overcome and everything they have built.
